Neat topic! Am sure each of us has read at least a few dozen books that fit. More if you count single comics, graphic novels & books that are more famous as movies. Plus, there are some classic examples where the movie name is not the same as the title of the books like Balde Runner (Philip K Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? or There will be Blood (Sinclairs' Oil). Your list is sure to expand! Of course as always, let us not forget the maxim, 'Do NOT judge a book by its Movie!'

Cool. Movies are my passion. There are whole lot of books made into movies. Some of the most famous movies are 1. Raging Bull 2. 2001: A space odyssey 3. The Revolutionary Road 4. Trainspotting 5. Appolo 13 6. Psycho 7. The Color Purple 8. The Bourne Series 9. The silence of the Lambs 10. Memento These are not in any particular order. There many more that I have not listed here. We can also discuss about what goes into transforming a book into a movie.
